To finalize a purchase you can, register and create an account in Vacía la Nevera, or make your purchases through the "Buy as a guest" section.
In both cases you must follow the following steps:

  1. Fill in the information requested in the Registration section. Once registered you can continue with your purchase.
  2. Accept the Terms and Conditions
  3. Select the payment method:

All items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after your purchase.
Custom designs such as engagement rings, have a different preparation time indicated in the product's description.
Spain standard shipping: € 4.50. Delivery between 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Ceuta, Melilla, Canarias and Baleares standard shipping: € 4.50. Delivery between 5 and 8 business days from the date of shipment.
European Union standard delivery € 8,47€. Delivery between 6 and 12 business days from the date of shipment.
United States standard shipping: € 9,08€. Delivery between 10 and 20 business days from the date of shipment.
Rest of the World standard shipping: € 9,08€. Delivery between 10 and 20 business days from the date of shipment.
Vacía la Nevera does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays.
The customer is responsible for their purchase and the possible customs fees. Vacía la Nevera will not be responsible for the merchandise, once it is in your country / region. This implies the possible delays and the payment of custom's fees that may arise from the purchase of the goods.
If, after receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you have up to 15 business days to make the change or return. You can contact us by email at
We will proceed to reimburse the price of your purchase 14 working days after we receive the order, using the same methods of payment used by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  1. All custom products and engagement rings can not be returned.
  2. For reasons of hygiene, the earrings can not be changed or returned.
  3. The piece must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
You should know that engagement and wedding rings are custom mader for each client. That is why no changes or refunds are accepted.

If you need to change the size of your ring, the costs can be different depending on the design.
